Thought she was a goner! Welcome back Jodi!

What about ENDURrun keeps you coming back?

The people and my love for running!

What are your ENDURrun 2018 stories?

We are back in Canada for the summer and that’s all the motivation I needed!

What are you most looking forward to about ENDURrun 2018?

Seeing everyone!

What are you nervous about, if anything?

I was nervous signing up!

How is your training going?

Training is going well, but after running in Florida for a year and a half I need to start running some hills!!! Focusing on hills and trails and will try to run Wilmot Line and Bechtel a few times.

What is your runner profile?

I’ve always been a runner, but took time off to start a family after meeting my husband at a half marathon race in Toronto in 1993! My comeback was in April 2006 and have been running solid ever since!

What are the key pieces of advice to Rookies that you’ve learned over the years?

Run your own race and keep moving! It seems like it will never end but then it’s over too soon.

For someone who has never been to ENDURrun week, what should they expect?

It will be tough, but you will have a lot of support from everyone.

What else would you like to share?

I drink Pepsi and eat gummy bears during my races.

What is the most important part of the ENDURrun identity that appeals to you?

Reaching the Ultimate Runner goal.
