Thanks, Justin. That would be up to Lloyd as RD to confirm and let his Web guy (the regular one that is back from overseas) know if there is a change.

I'll go first - Jackie now also has the course record for stage 2. Please confirm Lloyd or Dave.

As great as everyone must feel, and very deservingly so, I hope everyone takes off enough time to fully recover from such a feat.
Enjoy the rest, and begin training for next years event with a rested body. |

I'm hoping that my ENDURrun "hangover" won't last too long. We took Joanne out last night for a birthday dinner at the Keg. I confirmed once again that I cannot drink beer without suffering the next day. So my first day of ER11 training will consist of an early, light dinner and lots of sleep.

Thanks, Jeff.
Chris, excellent start! You will take it up another notch based on the cake alone! I chose the Angie's Kitchen country style breakfast for my first training morning. Two plates of eggs, pancakes, french toast, sausage, bacon, ham, home fries, whole wheat toast and jam. If I'm going to catch up again with all you Ultimates and your amazing performances this year, I think I need to start with the nutrition angle first as Chris has done. Eat well for the Fall all! Dave. (Oh, also signed up for the [apparently last] Iroquoia Trail Test 32 km race this coming Sat.) |

My training started last night with beer and half of a Norris bakery cake - I can tell already that this regimen will greatly improve on my future times. Thanks for a fun and inspiring week everyone!

I could not resist starting a new topic for next year's ENDURrun. I suppose it's never too early to start thinking about next year's event.
